Best on the Market right now is the 360mm AIO from EK or the 360mm Liquid Freezer 2 AIO From Arctic.

I think you're missing a few extreme options...

Quality, how easy they are to install, warranty and features play a large role - so I'd say Noctua NH-U12A

I guess ln2, yes. But that is actually outside of normal cooling. You can actually run phase change cooling 24/7 for your machine. You can’t LN2 your daily machine. Montreal oil is cool and all, but it’s a huge mess and isn’t sun ambient like phase change. 
 

But yes I agree, noctua all the way. I was just being lolz
