Recommendations for custom metal part makers?

I've got some ideas for custom PC case parts, brackets and the like, that might be commercially viable accessory products (as opposed to one-offs).  But I have no ability to manufacture them myself.  Does anyone have a good recommendation for someone who can work with me to prototype metal parts based on rough sketches and functional descriptions?  Preferably in the Portland, Oregon area.  Thanks!
