MSI MAG251RX vs Asus PG259QN

How do you feel about the MSI MAG251RX versus the Asus' PG259QN?

It looks like the response time of the MSI MAG251RX seems to be more consistent across all refresh-rates?

personally, I feel they are both tiny monitors with overblown marketing

"The liquid crystal molecules of Rapid IPS display rotate as fast as the tornado." ... it's an LCD, they've been around for decades.

"An intelligent cooling system featuring a custom heatsink provide more surface area for heat exchange, ensuring efficient cooling during marathon gaming sessions"... I would hope the monitor wouldn't overheat, that would be a pretty glaring design flaw.

serious answer; If you are a professional, which will lose money based on if you lose matches, and can realistically see the difference between 120hz, 240hz, 360hz, I would probably go with the Asus for the higher potential refresh rate as money will be made with the display. Literally anyone else, I would go with the MSI and save the $ to get gear for streaming and start making money off the system or better peripherals, faster graphics card etc

Current Config:

R5 2600X @4.1ghz all core, 16GB Patriot 3200mhz, 1TB XPG SX8200 Pro nvme, RTX 2070 Duke, CM Elite 110 mitx, pair of KRK Rokit 6 monitors with 10in sub, BenQ TH671ST projector for 150" screen.

MSI Prestige 14 with too many cooling mods to list out (it's quiet now)
