Any beginner-friendly screencasting software for windows 10? Game bar only records one app at a time..

I want to record some screen activity on my lenovo laptop, but the system's integrated game bar, maybe born to be a game recorder, doesn't feature recording full desktop or more than one app. Does anyone have such easy screen recorder to recommend? I've tried some online ones and the screen freezes a lot, so I prefer a desktop app. Have tried RecMaster, Bandicam and Icecream after googling, if there's any free one, that will be much better!! Thank you guys in advance.

Can't you just use either Nvidia or Radeon software?

We don't know his specs also iirc radeon removed the record function

I would suggest OBS may look hard but it really isn't it's the best one out there in my opinion

OBS is rather easy. It gets problematic only when you try to achieve high quality, high framerate and running game at high resolution at the same time.
