FPS Locked on around 42 to 44

Hi Guys , 

Need Help. 

I just tried to play some games after upgrading my mobo , RAM and CPU. My old pc (very old (don't want to mention) ) can run games like csgo , PUBG Lite on around 60 fps on the lowest setting. On this new pc I can run CSGO at highest settings at an average of 80fps. Valorant at 120 fps ezz. But I tried to run some old games like all the COD MW series (1,2,3). They run at 42 fps lock . Also PUBG Lite at 42 to 44 . In all the games I tried every graphics settings , resolution , disabling full screen optimization , set high power plan , tweaking in Nvidia control panel , even overclocking. Nothing worked.

 

My Specs:

CPU - i5 9400f

MoBo - Gigabyte H310m

Ram - 2x8gb corsair vengeance @2400mhz

GPU - Gt 1030

Monitor at 75hz

PSU - not branded 450w

OS - windows 10 64bit 20H2

 

Also , after upgrading I didn't reinstall windows and graphics driver . It says setting up device and done when booting windows. But I updated to latest GeForce driver through GeForce experience. 

 

Please don't mention my english errors just the answer.

check if that games that you are having trouble does not have a FPS cap.

No , there is a fps cap options in PUBG L. I set it to 90. In COD MW 1,2,3 there is no option.
