I'm not much of a software geek. I use Driver Easy to keep everything up to date. I have 2 drivers left called Intel(R) Xeon(R) Processor E3 - 1200 that I can't seem to find in the Device Manager. What should I do?

Nothing. Xeons, heck CPUs in general, don't require drivers.

Those tools tend to get drivers from shady sources sometimes or not fully compatible ones.

If you aren't having any issues with your system, don't worry about the drivers that much. Even worse, upgrading/installing drivers from unknown sources could have a negative effect.

Any driver CPU needs is included in chipset driver. Look at closely what that software does. The one I used long time ago was freaking out because of Windows PnP drivers which were made in 90s.
