I got a corsair cx650 and it came with lots of zip ties. Also in my corsair case I got lots of zip ties included.

I can’t think of anything in a pc that doesn’t use Phillips screws, besides some cpu coolers that use a standard hex bolt head, and even those cpu coolers come with adapters so you can use a standard Phillips screwdriver to put those hex bolt parts in.
