I have both my keyboard and mouse plugged into 2 usb 3.0 ports, and they almost always dont connect to iCUE. I am currently working with corsair support and they are trying to help me, so they told me to update my USB drivers, and im not sure if i did it correctly because it made no difference. The reason i think thats why my stuff isnt working is because if i unplug them and plug them back in too much trying to get them to connect, they stop responding and i have to enter BIOS and enable/disable legacy usb support. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z390 GAMING PRO WIFI.

If needed for support lmao

Did you install the mobo's chipset drivers? Those usually contain updated USB drivers, which frankly should be included in Win10 anyway. Last time I had to install USB 3.0 drivers was on a win7 build because they weren't native.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

What happens if you leave Legacy USB mode enabled?

USB devices are a solved problem these days, having issues with USB devices screams (to me anyway) either failing PSU, or mobo, in that order.
