modded tv damaged lcd help

i damaged my tv that i had modded a wii into after i attempted to upgrade its 80gb hdd with a 128gb ssd, and now its just a 16:9 light panel.

 

these are the numbers ive found on the lcd and cointroller board.

Can you take a picture of the information on the back of the panel please? You may have to completely disassembly the TV to get to that info. It will generally look something like this on the back of the LCD
