I wouldn't trust a 350W Bronze PSU with the 7700k and either a 1050TI/1060 especially if you plan on overclocking. I would go with at least a 550W PSU that is gold rated the minimum.

https://www.msi.com/Desktop/Nightblade-MI3/Specification this is my pc im about to buy a i7 7700 or a i7 7700k

i have a 350W 80 Plus Bronze (1U) can it handle a i7 7700k or do i just buy the i7 7700.

I do hope you are getting a 7700 for under 100$ or it's a pretty big ripoff. A 350w psu is cutting it a bit close and pretty much limits your gpu options to non pcie power cabled ones. If I were you I would just sell this sytem as is and build something new even the low end budget stuff is better than the current config. These nightblades still fetch a pretty penny due to their size.

the point of the K cpu is that it's unlocked and allows overclocking.

sis you have a b250 board, which doesn't allow overclocking, there is no point in spending extra on the 7700k

I totally overlooked that...still early in the morning here and just grabbing my 2nd cup of Java...yeah don't expect to go too far in upgrading this system as you're limited by the chipset of the motherboard, the power supply, and the size of the case for more powerful graphics cards.
