Help improving my build

I'm trying to build a PC but I need some help. Can someone please help me improve this build? Is it possible to make this build cheaper without sacrificing performance? I also need help picking out a monitor, preferable one with speakers. Also, should I wait until the new graphic cards are available or should I just buy what's available now? I'm planning on playing the new upcoming games Cyberpunk and Black ops for example. Thanks in advance.

I would not recommend getting 9th gen Intel right now, due to limited CPU upgradability. If you must get 9th gen Intel, it's going to struggle to maintain 4000 mhz RAM, just get something around 3000 mhz. Also with an F series locked CPU, you don't need a z390 motherboard, just go with a b or h series motherboard. Overall get 10th gen intel or ryzen 3000, if you could afford ryzen 5000 after cutting back on motherboard and RAM, go for it. Also see if you could snag an RTX 3070 or Big Navi equivalent.

CPU - Ryzen 5 5600X | CPU Cooler - EVGA CLC 240mm AIO  Motherboard - ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 | RAM - 16GB (2x8GB) Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 3600MHz CL17 | GPU - MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 3X OC | PSU -  EVGA 600 BQ | Storage - PNY CS3030 1TB NVMe SSD | Case Cooler Master TD500 Mesh

if you want to stick with intel, at least go 10th gen. 9th gen is already out of date, a i3 -10100 performs the same as the 9400f you picked and it's cheaper.

you also don't need a Z board if you don't have a K cpu that you can voerclock.

giver your budget, I'd wait for the 3070.

Intel caps b series motherboards at 2666 mhz when on an i5 or lower.

You're getting a Z board when you don't have an unlocked CPU, so you can go cheaper there. You've got such a low power cpu, just pick a board that has the feature set you want, wifi etc, and get a B series board.

I'd recommend an AMD 3300x and a decent b550 board but finding a 3300x is like finding a unicorn... But since those aren't available, go with 10th gen intel if you are stuck on Intel.

Either way, your CPU is kind of lacking considering your other components.

If you can wait, wait for a 3000 series GPU or Big Navi when they come. Also the 5000 series ryzen stuff should be great. The 3600 is an option too, and prices could drop more on them.

Your RAM is overkill for the CPU. If you are spending so much on a Z board and fast ram, get an unlocked chip. Also if you decide to go AMD, there isn't much reason to go with RAM faster than 3600.

Not worth it getting 3000 mhz RAM on your build.

It was the same price and had better timings than a 2666 kit.
