Out of the current chips, really you can get any of the mid tier chips and be perfectly fine. Like a 3600 or 10600k

A ryzen 5 3600 should be more than enough

3900 would obviously be **AMAZING** for it, but you far from need that chip.

I'm at a mall now he says to edit and record video you'll need alot of cpu power to render.
