Having a strange problem where some windows are really sluggish to drag and move around the screen. Very laggy and even after I stop moving my mouse it will keep moving trying to catch up.

CPU spikes when moving the windows around.

Only happens for some program windows, not all. Have noticed the issue with CPU-Z and Gigabyte "Garbage" Aorus Software.

Other programs like Task manager, windows explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Discord all work fine.

Not sure why it's only happening on some programs and not others.

Only started happening in the last few days I think. The programs that are doing it aren't ones that I use that often so it's hard to narrow down when it started.

No luck with disabling HEPT in BIOS & Windows either.

I have the same problem with Lenovo's nerve center, Razer Synapse and sometimes task manager. No clue what could be causing it, I think a windows update broke it or something.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

There has been a lot of things recently that have been broken with Windows updates. Sometimes I wonder if that was the reason why I had 2 brand new Windows installs completely die in the span of 2 weeks.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was a broken Windows update.

It's been happening last couple of days at least, but when I restarted my computer today I was greeted with "We updated your PC, oh and here's some ads for Office365. Have you already purchased Office365 and would like to input a product key? No... Oh, okay. Would you like to buy Office365 now or later?"
