According to a developer comment, the discount might be until the 15th. But they ran out of stock yesterday, just two days after it was added to GMG. They're restocked now, but who knows how long it will last.

How did they run out of stock, it's digital, are they writing keys by hand now?

I think Valve doesn't buy keys but basically prints them as people buy them, and then splits the revenue with the publisher. But GMG buys a set amount of keys beforehand and then resells them.
