Merging Chrome Bookmarks no syncing

So my Motherboard finally got back from RMA and just gotta put my PC back together in the mean time i was using my older ones and i saved some bookmarks in folders. Problem is im not sure if the import system would just overwrite my bookmarks on main PC (which now has a lot more than this one did to begin with) and I dont want to lose them. Is there a way to copy bookmark folders via the saved HTML you use when you export them? Not using a synced Google profile on my chrome browser so thats not really an option and i dont really want to if i can avoid it.

If you use import it should ask if you are replacing or adding. You will end up with dublicates anyway, but there are addons for cleaning those.
