Phanteks vs Be Quiet

Another vs post, and I don't usually do this but I am stuck.

 

So I need to replace my PSU and I an unhappy with my current case so I am replacing both, my dilemma...

 

Phanteks Pro M TG with a Seasonic Focus GX 20 650 watt, or Be Quiet! Pure Base 500DX with Be Quiet! Straight Power 11 Gold 650w.

 

Please discuss and give advice.  The main thing is it must fit a Corsair H115i RGB Pro XT in either the front or top.  Be Quiet is front, Phanteks is top.

P.S.  Combined budget is around $200.

Pro M TG and pure base 500DX are pretty similar functionally although Pro M TG has more expansion for things like custom watercooling and HDD storage. 

 

According to the PSU tier list (of which I am no expert) the straight power 11 is multi rail, but the Focus GX will be a quieter under load. 

Personally I think I'd buy the Pro M TG + Focus GX.
