Is it worth to replace this PC with Ryzen 5 1500X system without adding money?

i would say no. the ryzen system you're considering has a bad motherboard, only 1 stick of ram and probably a bad psu.

that cpu doesnt need to be replaced. Id say get some more ram and a better gpu
