Computer has constant crashing and restarting.

Sorry if I do not format this very well, this is my first ever post on this issue.

Over the past year or two, my games have had constant crashing issues, whether it be with an actual error message or the fps slowing down to the point of freezing and then just staying like that, or it freezes completely but the audio tracks continue. Most of the posts I have been able to find suggest that it is an issue with GPU drivers, but mine are always up to date, in addition I swapped out my GPU earlier this year, and when I did this I also did a fresh install of windows. I am actually just considering buying a new computer because this is so detrimental to every video game, so any help is appreciated. I forgot to mention, recently my computer has just been getting very loud and restarting, and when I restart my monitor sometimes does not turn on, and only starts working when I unplug and plug my DisplayPort cable. I was not sure where to make this post, but because I am reasonably certain it is not my GPU, I thought here would be best.

check the temps , but also pull out one of those ram sticks and run it with a single stick alone in the machine and see if it stabilizes

Hmm. So it's definitely not overheating, then. Like @emosun suggested, I'd try booting in single-channel mode. If that doesn't work, use DDU and reinstall the latest Nvidia driver. If none of that helps, an audio recording of when your system gets loud and restarts will be helpful in determining whether it's a power supply problem.
