You can check what is actively using your SSD in the Disk tab of Resource Monitor (Win+R, enter resmon in Run).

its showing kaspersky using more memory

Use the Disk tab, not Memory. If it is reporting high usage from Kaspersky, check the application to see what operation it is running.

Chances are its the Windows page file. You wouldn't normally notice it since you would have enough free space for a few hundred MB to not make a difference but because you're so low on space its registering.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

Did you

1. Download something from an unknown source (illegal or not)

2. Did you open any suspicious email ?

You can look for Windows defender in the bottom search bar and do a scan.

Or download another anti virus like McAfee or AVG.

behaving how?  Your TV switching channels on its own?  Downloading or deleting Apps?  PC's mouse moving on its own?  Files showing up on desktop?

getting slower , if box is running and suddenly turned off and get showing boot page , if we start using remote for switch channels or apps or if apps updates its turn off and get boot on

Do you have thermal issues?

Do you have "dirty" power?
