Games crashing and no idea why

I recently made a pc with a Ryzen 2600, RX 5600 XT and 16gb of ram.
I installed my first game (Minecraft) and it ran well. It had a few crashes to windows, but they were really rare so I didn't think about it too much
I installed Astroneer from Microsoft store and it crashed to windows on start-up or mid-game, I didn't think about it too much since the game has some bugs and people have had this problem (and i didnt bother to fix it)
I installed Fortnite (shut up) and I would barely make it past start-up.

Note : I never got BSOD
My friend recommended to set a frame cap in the Radeon software, and I finally could actually run those games, though, crashes would still happen. Less often though.

I am using Radeon 20.9.1 and have tried 20.9.2 and got the same results

What can I do to fix the constant crashing?
