Pc wont boot with xmp

My pc works and boots just fine with 2133mhz but when i set it to 3200mhz which is xmp speed it doesnt and it used to run at 3200mgz before i overclocked my cpu bad  and had to reset bios, pls help

Can you manually set the RAM speed and not use the DOCP? What happens if you try a step below 3200? Say 3000 or 2933?

i did same thing happens and i have already tried to boot with 1 ram stick at a time
