For better battery life get a AMD 4500U runs faster and cooler than Intel i5 chips.

It has 6 cores vs 4 cores in Intel.

Acer swift 3

Lenovo Ideapad

Asus Zenbook

Envy x360 (the best one)

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

scratch that, (doesn't have IPS) if you have the money get this instead:

I want to give the best suggestion. Right now looks like i can't recommend intel laptop, AMD is ahead in every class.

If you have better suggestion, why don't you answer it.

I agree with you that ryzen is superior, and i agree with your choice. I just found it funny.
