Budget android studio laptop

Hi I need a budget laptop to run android studio. I used to run android studio fine on my old quad core celeron. I think it was 1.4GHz from around 2014. I have no idea what the new laptop CPUs are like.

I understand i can now do this on a chrome book, but i'm pretty sure the ram on chrome books are not upgradeable.

My budget is NZD$500.

 

Will this one run android studio?

I won't be using the android virtual machine. I will be using my phone in developer mode.

I also noticed this one has a mediatek cpu. Is this better?
