i want to overclock the cpu and i have a samsung 870 ssd

 

 

This is a pretty balanced build. I don't think you'll need a non-stock cooler, my Wraith Prism lets me overclock to 4.3GHz at 40 degrees celcius. I recommend a slightly higher wattage PSU and a 2TB hard drive. The 2TB is not that much more expensive and, trust me, you'll want the extra space, especially with Ray Tracing becoming more popular. You might want to use (at least part of) your 870 SSD as a cache for your hard drive.
