Windows 10 installing problem

Download the .ISO of win10, install to USB drive, boot from USB drive.

Use Windows Media Creation Tool, and then Rufus for the ISO burn

The bios does not 

Then you created the USB wrong.

 

Please take us through your process of creating a bootable stick.

What is currently installed, Operating System I mean, on the laptop?
