UnRaid fund

I have a 10 core Xeon dell that I currently have an unraid server on. (Thanks Linus) It hosts two windows 10 vms. 

 

I use one  vm for live stream video.  The other vm is used for running a lighting board. 

 

The problem is that I have been having intermittent freezes. 

 

This will not work for live stream.

 

I am using two ssd 1tb raid 1 and two 500gb Raid 1. 
 

I have assigned 5 cores to to the streaming vm and 4 cores for the lighting machine. 1 for UnRaid 

 

64 gig of ecc ram  allocated amply. 
 

I have posted on UnRaid forums but get no input.

Any ideas why I am getting occasional vm freezes?

Is it just the vm?

 

ANy logss?

 

What dell hardware? Wht cpu?

The vm freezes , but not the server.

I have had the machine running several times since the freezes. Are the old logs still available?

I don't know about unraid, but IM guessing the logs are gone.

 

CHeck for hardware error, could be a memory or cpu issue.

 

How often are these freezes?

Unfortunately not often enough

I guess I will start it and wait to see it freeze

Is it only 1 specific VM thats freezing, or both? If both then yeah, when it happens dump the UnRAID diagnostic log here.
