WiFi Extender isn't enough

Hello, I came to the forums to ask a question. I use a Netgear ac1200 dual band Wi-Fi extender, while it does put out some ok performance, it's not speedy. I like to stream as well and it's proven to be uncapable of using that much internet while providing a stable connection to game servers. I need something else to use, I have an Xfinity Router in my house, and it's speeds are amazing while connected to it, but I'm across the house. Does anyone have any suggestions for a better WiFi extender or anything? I'm more in the budget range as well, but I'm willing to spend more if it means better connection.

Wi-Fi Extenders are trash tbh, just go with a Ubiquiti access point.

Use a wired connection to your PC. Or a wired connection to the extender.

I do use a wired connection to the extender, it's still not enough.

Do they have Ethernet Ports? Could you provide a link please?

what speeds do you get from your access point? What client devices are you using?
