Can I upgrade my 180w psu to 400w psu is there is any risk of blowing???

Is it a prebuilt? In that case the PSU might be proprietary, meaning another one not made by the manufacturer might not work

you can open the PC and check if the connector on the motherboard are "ATX PSU connector standard"
