Guitar straps for heavy guitar?

My guitar is pretty heavy and I am going through straps pretty quickly.

Can any of you recommend a guitar strap that will hold my heavy guitar?

Most thick leather straps should be fine, get some strap locks as well.

The protec guitar strap i've got on my bass is pretty good.

If that's not good enough i'd suggest finding a dual layer leather one. But they tend to be a bit pricy

Thick and wide straps will be best.
