they all perform about the same,

go wich one is cheapest / looks the best in your opinion

Keep away from the 4 gb ones, the extra ram would only be used on 4K but a 760 doesnt have the horsepower to get playable framerate at 4K (read 10 fps)

i'd personally go with asus, evga or MSI pick ever one is cheapest

I would go with a EVGA ACX cooler style, these run from what I found the quitest and coolest, and EVGA have amazing customer support.

it doesnt really make sense to spend a lot on an aftermarket cooler and stock oc with mid range cards. if you have the money rather get a stock 770 as opposed to a beefed up 760.

I would recommend Asus as their dcuii coolers are amazing they are quiet perform reasonably well and should overclock likea beast due to the massive cooler you should make sure that it will fit in your case case though as they are quite long and really thick (innuendo not intended) I have have an Asus 7950 and that thing takes up three expansion slots I think they have dropped the triple slot design now but they are still massive.
