OK, so what is the best fan layout for my case? Black is bitfenix spectre pros, blue is silverstone air penetrator, and white is stock NZXT fans.

As you would expect the intakes are at front, btottom, and side and exaust is at the back and top.

Is this the best layout?

If you want the front fans to blow on your GPU then you should turn or take out those hard drive bays, since they pretty much render the front fans useless.

One question, why all the different brands? You will have various air flows (CFM) which can through things off. Overall, try and keep the same brand, that way things stay even...

Well stock nzxt came with my case. And i had 30$ so i rode my bike down to frozen CPU and i got 2 spectre pros and 1 air penatrator. The air penetrator is good there casue it has a built in fan grill and thats whre all the wires are and because there is no restriction of airflow.

What kind of setup are you going for? Silence or cooling power or something between? Imo you could take either one front or bottom one out and not loose anything.

Cooling, but quiet enough so I can't hear it through my v-moda crossfade lp's
