My neighbor laptop had a stuck backspace (repeated stroking randomly). I don't know whether it's because dust got stuck on it or just old laptop problems. I've managed to solve the problem by just disabling the 'Backspace' key using Simple Disable Key. Now the problem is that his laptop is so slow that even after adding to 'Startup programs' it still takes a few minutes to actually start the program and it's an app so it could fail to start in the first place. Also it's a paid app so... unless I were to wear my Captain Barbossa cosplay hat. I would like another more 'Permanent' solution.

Anyone has the knowledge to disable the 'BackSpace' key?

Instead of using a patchwork solution I'd just replace the keyboard or disconnect it entirely.

First, he just wanted a quick and dirty way and he request specifically with the cheapest way possible.

Second, what do you by disconnecting it??? Then how would he typed.

He's the kinda person that doesn't want to spent any money on tech.

I assumed he would be using an external keyboard as how does he even delete any mistake? Arrow back and delete? I'd first deepclean the keyboard to see if that is a fix.

Other than forcing it to start with windows and seeing in services if it's on always start there is little left to do.
