Best Gaming PC and General Laptops

Hey All,

Its been a while since I bought myself a gaming pc or laptop for school (since I am a stem major). I'm primarily looking for a New Gaming PC (I don't mind if its prebuilt or build your own) and a laptop for STEM Students as a back up one just in case I need to send one laptop for repair! I also currently have the surface book 2. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I don't remember, I had this screen for a while. If you recommend one then it would be greatly appreciated
