Best budget PSU?

Stargaze obama

Looking for a new PSU as mine has begun to cause my system to randomly power off both idle and under load, and also heard crackling/frazzling noises from it which stopped after a minute, so not switching my system on until I get a new PSU, specs are ryzen 3 1200, RX 570, basic oc on the CPU and 1 drive, used for gaming ect and plan an upgrade to a ryzen 5 and newer card around 2060 level in half a year or so, not a sucker for performance, just quiet and power efficiency

Budget is tight, up to £35/£40 here in the uk, any good suggestions that will last a long time?

You ask alot of a PSU in that pricerange. In my Experience you should double the budget to get something decent.

Then you'll probably have to go the used route. Make sure you know what your buying and especially how old it is if you do go used, but that would probably be a better option then buying a 40 dollar time bomb.
