Windows Update Issues and Blue Screen.

Im having issues getting my windows to update on my pc. When im using my computer there are no performance issues, no freezing or crashing to suggest any problems. When i attempt to update it the update will fail and blue screen giving me the error code c000021a. I've read a few things online about updating drivers and unplugging excess peripherals and trying again, it didnt work not that i imagined it would. After the failed update it will perform maintenance then rolling back to the last version of windows working. No issues accessing files or using my computer after and can be used again just with the little notification that i need to update my windows. Looking at my reliability monitor in window's security and maintenance it first started having issues on 8/28/20 with a failed windows update. Two updates were successfully applied the same minute the failure occurred of a microsoft xbox game overlay and game app. I have several screen shots of some of the details of the failed updates. The first error read "Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D02: 9NH7N2BV1CQQ-9426MICRO-STARINTERNATION.DragonCenter."  If anyone has some advice or would like to request more specific information I will do whatever I can.

Update* Just discovered I downloaded GeForce experience that day I started having issues.

Hello, Nvidia GeForce Experience might be problematic on some machines. As is MSI dragon center. 

 

However that shouldn't cause you issues updating windows. I'd probably try to remove both programs and try updating again, you can reinstall those programs later, though I'm pretty sure Dragon center is the worse offender of the two.
