Hello! I have a questtion in my Pc I curently using the

G.Skill Aegis DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-3000, here

can I just buy 2 more to get 32 GB of Ram?

Assuming your motherboard has two slots left over, yes you can.

You might need to re-apply XMP/DOCP again though, that's the technology used to make your memory run at a higher speed.

Yes you can.
But i have done that, if you expect OCing the memory (XMP is OCing) do not do it. The chips on the newer G.skill are some weird chinise named brand.
The old ones used Samsung B-die which where actually really good. But they changed that without changing the model number.
