YOU HERO.

Updated bios (which resulted in it turning off auto boot management🤓 )

But after sorting that out, she is much much cooler and only drawing 1.31 V @ full load.

TEMPS hit 74c at full load on all Cores. Thank you everyone for your help.

-snip-

Nice, that's good to hear.

Sort of unrelated, but it looks like you've got the power limits set on your CPU - that's not a problem necessarily, just something to keep in mind. You won't notice it during workloads like gaming for example, but rather ones like rendering where your CPU will be pinned to 100% over an extended period of time, where after a few seconds your frequency will drop from the 4.8GHz all-core boost to something a little lower (4.4-4.5GHz in the screenshot you've attached) to hold that rated 125W power limit.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC
