Gpu temperature

I have galax 1660 super 1 click oc and while idle my gpu temp is about 47-52 degree c 

and while gaming or under full load the temperature reaches about 82 degree c 

Is this normal for the gpu or is it bad?

Thats right at the max temp the card "likes" to be at. That is the temp the card will start pulling clocks to stay at or under, which is fine.

 

If your case has subpar airflow that could be a reason its running so warm, or if the heatsink on your particular card is not very robust. You can always up the fan speed a bit in MSI afterburner for EVGA precision (which ever software you used to overclock it, although, what exactly is a "1 click OC"?) to cool it down a bit. But, 82c is "fine", it won't hurt anything.

Well the gpu temp goes high when i try to play games at full fps 

But it stays between 63-70 c when I play games at 60 fps

It utilizes less of the GPU when you cap the FPS, using less power, generating less heat.
