Buy a bequiet dark rock 4 or dark rock pro 4 and get a good one with magnetic tip

Those brands are what our techs and sparkies use daily, they have got slightly different variants with different grips and tips but not all may be on amazon.

 

150mm or longer can be useful for deep cases certain drivebay/bracket setups.

 

Then get a magnetiser-majig.
