why is it that my gpu does not show the post screen but works perfectly fine ??

i have a vega 64 strix when ever i start pc it does not show me the post screen of like asus , gigabyte,asrock also i does not show me windows loading screen it directly puts me on the login window if i remove my gpu and start my pc it just show me every thing gigabyte logo on post and windows loading etc 

 

there is no problem with my gpu when i game it works perfectly fine with out and problem

Sometimes the BIOS/post only comes on one specific display connector.

Are you using Display Port ? I have the same issue with that.

It's a known DP "issue".
