I suggest an air cooler. Dark Rock Pro 4 or NH D-15

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

if you want performance go with an air cooler although I can see that you probably chose this for aesthetic reasons.

I read that it is compatible and suits this CPU best. However, I will take your advice instead. Thank you.

when you say "suits" are you referring to how intel's turbo boost technology works because although that may be true for short high clock speed workloads its not the case for gaming.

Then I was mistaken obviously. Which one is better? Rock or NH?

Do you know which RGB lights to use?

generally I'm not that good at RGB as I mostly build workstation PC's for offices. although to my knowledge most RGB strips will work. if you want a more in depth look at RGB lights then start up a new thread asking about it. sorry I couldn't be of assistance 😞

as the 3080 has a design that means that it dumps hot air onto the CPU area if your getting the founders edition. this means that airflow is a big thing to consider. although the Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL has a lot of airflow anyway so it wont be an issue
