floatplane Appstore app has both PAYMENTS?!?!

So I came across an old VPN app called “Free VPN” (I don’t use it) that had installed and when I opened it up it had both the apple AppStore and direct payment options available.

 

Soo... Apple explain this?!??

 

(yes the app is still being updated. The last update was 2 days ago on the 10th September)

Ohh.. then what about this app from the same company?!?

 

(no idea why they have 2 vpn apps)

I'm guessing they're adding that option after the review period.
