Psu coil whine/electrical buzzing.

My coolermaster psu(700w) has been buzzing lately, and it seems to get low /high pitched under load.9 Sep, 10.17 pm.mp3 I have also observed that it sometimes just disappears when gaming and only comes back after restarting. 

 

When I switch on the ups connected to psu, still haven't turned on the CPU power , the front case usb led Start glowing dim for about 10-15secs or sometimes even after the pc boots into os. The led lights then later return glowing bright.( My keyboard backlights also lights up before powering the CPU.)

 

And there is a low buzzing sound (more electrical ) when the CPU case isn't powered on. I know there is some flow of current but is this safe?mf psu.mp3

Coil whine isn't dangerous. Unless you're getting other issues alongside it, there's nothing to be concerned about.

Did any of those sound like a bad capacitor/or how would a bad capacitor sound?
