Would you include a high refresh rate monitor at this budget?

Obviously very interested in the upcoming AMD talks. Feels like this budget is right around the point where it'd be worth getting a high refresh rate monitor though it would eat into the budget. Would you get a high refresh rate monitor in this budget?

Unless you're playing a lot of esports/low demand games, just target 1080p60 at £800 if monitor and peripherals are included in that.

you should consider what is most important to you, 
for me it's Monitor (brightness, HDR, colour accuracy, don't care about refresh rate as I prefer "pretty games" over fast games), GPU then SSD performance, CPU/RAM etc, then Mouse, then keyboard is not a huge priority. 

if you can get away with a sceptre high refresh monitor or even an ultrawide it may be better depending on what you want to play. for the latest releases things like ray tracing become more common so you will probably want the most vibrant display you can get with HDR so games look really good even though it's at a lower refresh rate.
