Windows alternative to ChronoSync?

I have a couple external drives that I need to mirror on a regular basis, is there a windows option to Chronosync where I can select a target, destination, and just have them synchronize A to B?

I would greatly prefer not to have to resort to the command prompt just to synchronize changes from one drive to another. Maybe if it was 1996 I'd be ok with that.
