Bios isn't accessible

Hello, I've been looking all over the place, maybe someone will be able to help me: 
my concern is that, from one day to the next, I can't access the bios of my Motherboard neither with the boot keys, nor with the Windows advanced boot tools.
I wanted to OC my Ram with the MSI utility "Mem try it" and I went too high, no boot possible, so I had to reset the bios.
Since I can't access it.

I tried a clear CMOS and an bios update  (1.30), nothing changed.
the MSI logo is not displayed at startup and the windows desktop is displayed and everything works fine (except the XMP because I can't activate it).

 

My specs are:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
• MB: MSI B550 Gaming Edge Wifi 
• GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4G 4GB
• Ram : Corsair vengeance Pro 2*16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz
• PSU: RM850X 

Has anyone ever seen this before?

Disconnect all your SSDs and HDDs, then the BIOS won't have anything to boot from and should give you the option to enter the setup.

Done, I try it but with no SSD nothing happen, just a black screen and the boot debug LED On
