How do I install GPU drivers .cab files

I recently had to update my IGPU's driver and the files are .cab, how do i execute those? Thanks in advance.

You don't  you need and .EXE file or .INF file

Whenever I download the same drivers from different sites, they are .cab or cabinet files.

Don't download it from random sites. Which GPU do you have I can give a link for the official drivers.

Thank you so much. It's a trash laptop with no discrete GPU and the igpu is Intel hd media accelarator hd, My laptop's igpu model is PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0046&SUBSYS_04341028. I'm running windows 7 pro 64bit. My laptop is dell inspiron 1564
