I have a big issue with my PC and was hoping you guys could help. My PC wont turn on sometimes. By that, I mean that the lights inside the case wont even turn on (case fans, CPU cooler, RGB) This issue had started a year ago when a hurricane hit and we lost power. My PC then didnt work for about a month. I RMA'd my power supply, got a new one, didn't help. Then I bought a better motherboard, thining that the other one (cheap one) had fried, and got an Asus Strix z390 e gaming. Once I transferred everything over, it worked like a dream. The issue is though, whenever there is a sudden loss of power, or when I go to unplug things for a while (remodeled my room or like my radiator began leaking), the pc wont turn on for a while. The thing is though, that it will randomly work, and it'll stay like that for a long time (sometimes days, sometimes weeks, even months). The thing is though, its annoying when it doesnt work. It happened again a few days ago when I was changing out the cooler (thermaltakes 240mm AIO just blew up suddenly). It didnt want to turn on after I installed a new AIO, left it plugged in for a few hours (didnt mess with it), and it turned on by itself. Posted and all. Whenever the issue happens, there's no sign of life. nothing powers on. no signal is sent to my monitor, nothing powers the keyboard/mouse(RGB). However, I have noticed that the motherboard RGB (ROG logo and the glass portion that lights up on it) stays on, even when fully shut off. So I know power is going through. The motherboard just doesnt want to power things on. Everything is plugged in correctly, because as I said, it turns on by itself sometimes, and woks 100% like normal when it does. There's no performance hit like as if there's power drops. I've only had this motherboard for about 6 months so far, but I doubt its failing me already and I think its more software related. Ive even tried using a screwdriver to emulate the power button straight of the motherboard but same result. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ive already tried checking the connections, cleaning it out, built it outside of the case (didnt turn on, so same result, didnt test to see if it would power on by itself though). I was having ram issues however a few days ago when I installed the new cooler though. I woke up to it turned on but the EZ debug light was stuck on DRAM, so not even post, and all I did for a while was move the ram from one channel to the other, tried single dim(worked, but for some reason, double wasnt, randomly started working again, and currently is now). The DRAM issue though occurred once the PC was actually able to turn on, which isnt the issue im trying to solve here. I just want to know if I have a faulty motherboard or if you guys think I have a damaged component that wont allow my PC to power on sometimes (even though the RGB on the motherboard stays on. Extra: When flipping the switch on the back of the PSU, theres a very quick flicker of the RGB and then it powers off, so I know the PSU works as it sends current through the system.) Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the .jpg, you can see the RGB in the case, but the ROG logo and the little glass portion underneath it is what stays on when the PC is shut off. The issue just happened agian to me 2 days in a row, with no power loss. The PC doesnt want to start. The mobo RGB stays on, I flip the switch on the PSU, wait a few hours, and it turns on by itself. Currently made the post with that same PC
