Horizon Zero Dawn FPS drop

So I’m on patch 1.03 and I’m getting FPS drops in this game Fluctuating from 60 to 45 FPS and I’m wondering if anyone else is also having similar issues. Here are my specs

RX 5600 xt 

ryzen 3 3100

16 gb ram 3200 mhz

I Just installed it and I'm still getting drops, I may just need a cpu upgrade. At least hdr is working now I guess

No no no. The game is just not well optimized for PC. It's a bad port.

Works fine here, has been since 1.01
