I did a post a while back and it wasn't much help, I get errors like these, and I'm not sure why. after messing around in the local homegroup editor (I recently got windows 10 pro) I was able to enable the diagnostic settings. Any clue on how to fix all of them?

You messed with group policy. Google how to reset it all to defaults and don't touch gpedit.msc again 😛

I see no errors, just info written in red (and this doesn't mean it's error). You changed things using gpedit or registry settings (or 3rd party tools) so you get that info. Nothing wrong about it.

to be clear I am actually locked out of my settings

I was messing with it after getting the error, messing around with it did fix some stuff

Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool, and perform a repair install. It gives the option to keep your programs, though if that's not a problem to re-install them, then a fresh reset-install would likely fix all the issues, as well as reset group policy. It could be that a rogue program set some policies at some point - worth being sure.
